Sean starts a series on the Sermon on the Mount in Matthew 5. Jesus spends most of the sermon talking about the law. If we don't think we're sinful, we won't fully understand the significance of how much we are forgiven.
Kate goes over Hebrews 2. The temptation is to believe lies about ourselves and God, which is why Jesus came to help us.
Sean goes over 1 Corinthians 1. The church of Corinth is having problems, but Paul focuses on God's grace. There is no appendix to our forgiveness. God has made us perfect in Jesus through grace.
Sean explores Matthew 3 where John baptizes Jesus. Why did Jesus need to be baptized? He did it to show that He is with us.
